Recently, the HumanCapients team embarked on are freshing and enlightening 3-part Consulting 101 training program - a fundamental learning series designed to ensure our analysts meet the highest quality standards expected in every project. 🚀

 

Key Highlights from HC Consulting 101 Part 1:

 

🔍 1. Understanding Consulting Fundamentals: We dove into the role of consultants, exploring the required core and leadership competencies as well as key performance indicators for a consultant at HumanCapient Consulting -from learning and growth, client management, to financial perspectives.

🔧 2. Tools and Techniques: The participants also explored the essential building blocks of consulting including data gathering methods, analysis using HumanCapient's proprietary tools and frameworks, and the creation of high-quality solution and reports. We also familiarised ourselves with the dos and don’ts of professional image, behaviour and language etiquettes.
