Mohammad Khuzaini

Mohammad Khuzaini Ismail

MANAGING PARTNER

Mohammad Khuzaini Ismail holds the position of Managing Partner at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd).

He boasts 30 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources Development and Management. Having a keen interest in human resource management, strategic management and change management, Khuzaini has worked with several local and international companies prior to establishing HumanCap.

Throughout his career, Khuzaini has spearheaded various human resources enablement, project management exercises and restructuring and re-organization exercises in both the private and public sectors.

He was appointed as Assessor and Project Manager in several government-linked projects and has had the experience of serving as the Group Human Resource Director of a 500 employees strong public-listed company.  Khuzaini is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

Irene Jim is the Senior Partner and Director of Change Management at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd).

She brings with her over 20 years of experience in change management and human capital consulting. Irene joined HumanCap in 2008, and has led various projects in change management; covering specific areas such as stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessment, communications and job impact analysis.

Her core strength lies in managing projects on people transformation including people strategy development and human resource transformation. Her field of expertise is in change management, job analysis and evaluation, compensation and benefits, performance management and organisation design. In addition, she is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals since 2013.

Irene began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Human Resource Consulting arm for 5 years before joining Accenture, a leading management consulting and professional services firm as Manager of Human Performance Service Line. At Accenture, her change management experience included serving clients in the private sector on large scale ICT implementation and shared services set up.

Irene holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (HR) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

Dr Rozhan Othman

Dr Rozhan Othman

Dr Rozhan Othman is the Senior Partner at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd).

Rozhan started his career as an academician. He had served as a professor in a number of universities including Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, International Islamic University Malaysia, Universiti Putra Malaysia and Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

He earned his BBA and MBA from Ohio University and his PhD from University College Dublin. He is also the author of a number of books, the latest being Getting Ahead: Developing Strategic Leadership Competencies.

His final academic position was at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia before joining HumanCap. He was also a visiting scholar at University of Hawaii at Manoa where Dr Rozhan taught and did research in Human Resources Management, Leadership and Strategy. He was also involved in many consultancy projects. His past clients included SME Bank, Qatar Steel, Proton, Petronas, BSN and TM.

Ahmad Fakhri

Ahmad Fakhri Hamzah

Ahmad Fakhri Hamzah is the Senior Partner and Director of Talent Management at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd).

He holds over 35 years of experience in various appointments that includes offshore upstream operations, refiner engineering and human resource. Ahmad Fakhri is an expert in the field of change management.

Fakhri spent 26 years with Shell, holding multiple roles in HR in the Asia Pacific Middle East Region (APME). He subsequently held the role of Regional HR Manager for an IT organisation in Cyberjaya and was later appointed Regional Learning Operational Manager to oversee the delivery learning programme and stakeholder engagement’s in the region. His capacity as Regional HR Manager provided him with the unique experience of managing a diverse pool of local and expatriate workforce of more than 20 nationalities.

He graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (1984). He went on to obtain a Masters in Human Sciences (Industrial and Organisational Psychology) from The International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).

Fakhri is a certified Professional Trainer with specific expertise in human resources management, potential assessment, leadership development, change management and talent management, an accreditation he earned from the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM). He is also a certified NLP practitioner from ABNLP, USA and is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), the highest award to be bestowed by Toastmasters International to a member.

Fakhri has conducted seminars and talks on motivation, change management, work-life balance, youth leadership & communication skills and parenting/fatherhood in various media e.g. TV and radio channels.

Yam Wei Mun is the Change Management Associate Director  at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd).

Wei Mun has amassed vast experiences as a Change Management Consultant. Her past experiences cut across various and diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Transportation, Heavy Equipment Manufacturing and Logistics.
Over the past 20 years, she has held various managerial post in established multinational companies such as Accenture and Shell IT International and is well versed in SAP implementation and deployment projects.

Prior to joining, Wei Mun was a Change Management Advisor for Deloitte, which has afforded her deep expertise in change management and business transformation.

She started her career as Change Management Consultant with Andersen Consulting Sdn Bhd after graduating with a Bachelor of Administration from University Malaya and holds an MBA from the same university. Wei Mun is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

Hazlina Hussein is the Managing Consultant and Head of Corporate Excellence at HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Human Capital Development Sdn Bhd). Hazlina specialises in communication, process improvement and change management. Her responsibilities include designing and executing change management projects, talent development initiatives and graphic and multimedia content productions

Hazlina began her career at PETRONAS as a Multimedia Designer then Public Relations Executive before ascending the rank as Manager of Benchmarking and Process Improvement. She had since spent several years as consultant for various public sectors and government linked companies before joining HumanCap in 2012.

With over 20 years of work experience and almost 15 years involvement in change management, Hazlina had overseen projects covering areas such as system integration and cultural change, end-to-end talent management, managing quality systems, developing standards, knowledge management, and developing leadership frameworks.

Hazlina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, majoring in Communication, Advertising, Classical Humanities from the University of Missouri, Columbia and is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
