HumanCap had fresh faces joining us remotely. To break the ice and keep HumanCapients engaged despite the distance, we hosted fun weekly quizzes where everyone answered ten quickfire questions on different topics. We even had “Who Knows Me Best” sessions to see who knew each other best. It was simple but effective. Laughter filled our virtual calls, and those small moments kept us connected.
This experience taught us that while tools like Microsoft Teams and Trello make communication easier, real engagement takes more than just technology. The right HR strategy ensures employees feel valued, motivated and connected, whether in the office or working remotely.
