Leadership isn’t always about taking charge; sometimes, it’s about stepping back to grow, reflect and embrace new ways of thinking. This was the journey of the leaders at Kimanis Power Sdn. Bhd. (KPSB) during the Finding a Leader in You (FLY) Programme.

HumanCap was fortunate to join the KPSB team in Sabah, where the beauty of the landscape was matched only by the dedication and passion of the participants. Over five insightful modules: Navigating the Change, Leading the Act, Strategising Work, Business Acumen and Innovation Acculturation, they committed to their growth and leadership transformation.

The journey culminated in the Leadership Showcase, where participants reflected on their growth and shared the tangible impact of the programme. Divided into three teams from day one, they pitched innovative solutions to challenges they identified within KPSB. Each proposal reflected the learning from the modules and showed how the leaders had turned theory into action.

HumanCap provided the training and coaching, but it was the participants' hard work and dedication that led to success. Investing in leaders pays off, not just for individuals, but for the organisation as well. We were honoured to have En. Rozali Khamis, CEO of KPSB, along with En. Ahmad Fakhri Hamzah, Pn. Hazlina Hussein, CCMP™ and En. Asrul Hafiy from HumanCapient Consulting Sdn Bhd as part of the panel, offering valuable feedback and encouragement.
