Just spent two days with a group of leaders from technical backgrounds, discussing on the importance of "Winning the Hearts and Minds" as the organisation goes through change.

Leadership plays such an essential role in driving change especially in a transformation, their readiness to lead in an environment of uncertainty and fear, requires trust and resilience.
