Forty outstanding students from Balik Pulau just graduated from our RISE (Raising Individuals, Sowing Excellence) programme, and what a journey it has been.

This marks the third cohort we have had the joy of working with, and somehow they keep getting more impressive.

Here is the year in numbers: one full year, eight soft skills modules, and eight weekends of learning, laughing, and growing together, with HumanCapients helping design and deliver the curriculum every step of the way.

The grand finale was nothing short of a showcase. Students brought their learning to life through music, confident presentations, and heartfelt messages, proving they have leadership and teamwork down to an art. Watching them grow made saying goodbye a lot harder than expected.

As these bright young minds head into SPM season and beyond, we could not be prouder of who they have become. A huge thank you to Akademi Bakhtiar for partnering with us to make this possible.
